Are all your accessories handmade?

Yes! With a few expectations all of our bracelets and necklaces are locally made here in Sydney.

Returns and Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy for all our orders. Your return needs to be submitted and received by our team within this time to be eligible for a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, return shipping is always at the customer's expense.

Refunds
Once your return is accepted, we’ll offer you the choice of an exchange or a full refund. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method that was used. 

Exchanges
For exchanges, the process is simple and will be processed as a straight swap for items of the same value. If there is an amount owing to you, we will process this amount onto a gift card for your next purchase with us. 

Damages and faults
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and provide you with an appropriate solution.

Shipping

Orders take 1-2 days to process, shipping is with Australia Post and can take between 2-5 days to arrive.
